A boutique advisory practice helping companies, boards, and investors navigate critical transitions through broader perspectives, sound judgment, and international experience.

Malgorzata Guyot founded Montagne Financial Strategies after more than 20 years in senior finance and governance leadership roles across Europe and North America, working closely with teams in Japan, India, Australia, and other international markets.
Over the course of her career, Malgorzata has viewed companies from four complementary perspectives: as an external Big 4 auditor, Head of Internal Audit, CFO, and investor. Each role brought a different lens on governance, financial leadership, risk, capital allocation, performance improvement, and value creation. Combined with international executive experience across Europe, North America, and global business environments, these perspectives shape the judgment she brings to every engagement.
She founded Montagne to help companies, boards, and investors navigate the decisions that define what comes next. Every engagement combines senior leadership with a trusted network of experienced professionals, bringing together the expertise each situation requires while maintaining a single strategic perspective throughout.
